RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at goalglass26@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your glass arrives broken, do not worry. We will send you a brand new one for free or issue a full refund — at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations and Returns After Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order but it has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive it to process the return. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Once received, we can offer:

  • A partial refund, or
  • A discount for a future purchase

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, personalized items, or personal care products.

Exchanges
Contact us first, return your item, and once accepted place a new order.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received it, contact us at goalglass26@gmail.com.
