SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
- Priority Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
During high demand periods, holidays, or logistical delays, delivery times may be affected. Orders to Latin America may experience additional delays due to customs.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may occasionally offer free shipping as part of special promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment at any time.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete. GoalCup26 is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address information.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
